I can’t believe we are already more than halfway through September! This month is flying by, but I am looking forward to the fall season and the cooler weather.
Friday I started my training at my new position for the YMCA. I absolutely love getting to talk to the members about their fitness goals and experiences being at the Y. Soon I will start online training courses to be able to teach group fitness classes and be a Certified Personal Trainer 🙂
I have posted my meal plan & workout schedule for the week. One of the meals I will be making is a Tuscan Bean Soup from Dr. Fuhrman’s Eat To Live Recipe Book. I have also decided to add in 20 minutes of HIIT into my workout everyday this week. I want to add more cardio in but limit it to a small amount. HIIT is so beneficial and can really help maintain muscle while increasing fat loss.
